Return & Refund Policy

Because of the intimate and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all underwear sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been opened, worn, washed, or used.

We only offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for items that are:

  • damaged upon arrival,
  • defective due to a manufacturing issue, or
  • incorrectly shipped by us.

Reporting an Issue

You must contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date at support@beaconfidentmale.com to report any eligible issue, including:

  • damaged items,
  • defective items,
  • incorrect items, or
  • a shipment marked delivered but not received.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the package, shipping label, and items received, when applicable.

For any claimed quantity discrepancy, clear photos of all items received, the shipping box or mailer, and any packing materials or packing slip included with the order are required for review.

Failure to report an eligible issue within 7 days of the recorded delivery date may result in denial of the claim.

Shipments Marked Delivered

If a shipment is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

Before submitting a claim, we may require you to check with household members, neighbors, mailrooms, front desks, or the shipping carrier.

Claims for shipments marked delivered but not received are subject to review and are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement. We reserve the right to deny claims where proof is insufficient or where the shipping carrier confirms delivery.

Limited Return Exceptions

In rare cases, and only with prior written authorization from Confident Male, we may approve a return that does not involve our error. Any such exception is granted solely at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on any authorized non-error return.

If an authorized non-error return causes the order to fall below the applicable free-shipping threshold, the order will no longer qualify for free shipping, and the original outbound shipping cost paid by Confident Male may be deducted from the refund.

Any refund, store credit, or exchange for an authorized non-error return will be issued only after the returned items are received and inspected.

If a returned item is claimed to be unopened but is found upon inspection to have been opened, worn, washed, or used, Confident Male reserves the right to deny the refund or reduce the refund amount accordingly, as such items cannot be resold due to hygiene standards.

Refunds and Replacements for Our Error

If the issue is due to our error, including an incorrectly shipped, defective, or damaged item, we may provide, at our discretion:

  • a replacement,
  • store credit, or
  • a refund to the original payment method.

In cases involving our error, we will not deduct return shipping costs or original outbound shipping charges from an approved refund or replacement.

Policy Enforcement

Any exception made in an individual case is a one-time courtesy and does not modify this policy.
