Do these work for full incontinence?

No. Confident Male underwear is designed for light to moderate leaks, such as drips and dribbles. They are not intended for full or heavy incontinence. For heavier needs, a medical-grade product or specialized incontinence solution may be more appropriate.

How is this different from adult diapers or pad systems?

Confident Male underwear looks and feels like premium everyday underwear while providing protection without bulky padding or removable inserts. The design is intended to be discreet and comfortable rather than medical in appearance. 

Can others tell I’m wearing protection?

No. The underwear is designed to look like high-end underwear with no visible padding, unusual shapes, or noise, so it remains discreet under clothing. 

How much can they actually absorb?

The underwear is designed for light to moderate leaks, such as drips and dribbles commonly associated with BPH. It is not intended for heavy incontinence. 

How do I wash them?

No special care is required. They can be machine-washed and dried like regular underwear and are designed to maintain protection through repeated washing

Will they smell after wearing?

The moisture-blocking system helps keep moisture away from the skin and fabric, helping the wearer stay fresh throughout the day. 

Do you have to have BPH to benefit from Confident Male?

No. While designed for men experiencing drips and dribbles, anyone can benefit from the comfort, fit, and absorbent layers. Testing included men of different ages with and without BPH. 

What is your return policy?
